Grading

All our books are graded according to the following scale:

• New Just like it sounds. A brand-new, unused, unread copy in perfect condition.
• Like New An apparently unread copy in perfect condition. Dust cover is intact; pages are clean and are not marred by notes or folds of any kind. Suitable for presenting as a gift.
• Very Good A copy that has been read, but remains in excellent condition. Pages are intact and are not marred by notes or highlighting. The spine remains undamaged.
• Good A copy that has been read, but remains in clean condition. All pages are intact, and the cover is intact. The spine may show signs of wear. Pages can include limited notes and highlighting, and the copy can include "From the library of" labels.
• Acceptable A readable copy. All pages are intact, and the cover is intact (the dust cover may be missing). Pages can include considerable notes--in pen or highlighter--but the notes cannot obscure the text.

Shipping

We ship Monday thru Friday. All orders received before Noon will be shipped the same day. All orders received after Noon will be shipped the following day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday, so all orders received on Fridays after Noon will be shipped on the following Monday. Please Note that we do not ship on Postal Holidays.

All orders are shipped USPS Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Please note that while most Media Mail packages arrive in 7-21 days, it can take as long as 4-6 weeks for it to arrive. Please dont blame us, its the US Postal Service.

You will receive an email detailing your shipment with a tracking number within several hours of it being shipped. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours of your expected ship date, please contact us immediately at Support@rereaders.com.

Returns & Refunds

If you need to return an item, please contact us at Support@rereaders.com. In some cases we will pay for the item to be shipped back to us and provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds will be given for items returned to us within 7 days of receipt. All returned items must be in the same condition that they were sent. In the event the item is damaged during shipping, we will require the item back to file for the shipping insurance.
